2. What this notice covers
This notice applies to the website vaya-taxi.com, the web app at app.vaya-taxi.com and the Vaya apps distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Using any of them means you have read it.
The taxi service itself is provided by licensed taxi licence holders, not by Corvus Reach - the Terms of Service explain who is responsible for what.

The Vaya name, the flamingo mark, the design and the software of the app and the website belong to Corvus Reach. Map data and imagery are Apple's. Using the app gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it as intended - not a licence to copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer it.
Trade marks of third parties named here (Apple, Google, Stripe and others) belong to their owners.
4. Use of the site and apps
You agree not to attack, overload or probe the service, not to access other people's data, and not to use the site or apps for anything unlawful. Security findings are welcome at legal@corvusreach.com.
We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the site or apps. We do our best to keep them available and accurate, but during the pilot phase they are offered without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
